  1. Purpose of the Legal Notice.The Legal Notice regulates the conditions, access to and use of the Portal, together with its contents and the services made available to users.

  3. Contents and services provided via the Portal.ARBIZU S.A. reserves the right to modify, increase or cancel the presentation and configuration of the Portal at any time and without prior advance notice. The same applies to the contents and services contained herein.
  4. Liability for access to and use of the contents and services of ARBIZU S.A. Both access to the Portal and any use that may be made by the user thereof is the exclusive liability of he who does so. Thus, the user accepts liability for any consequences, damage and/or injury that may derive from such access or use of the services offered by ARBIZU S.A..
    ARBIZU S.A. shall put all the means at its disposal to provide a good service to the user via its website.
    The user shall refrain by any means from causing any destruction, alteration, disablement or damage to the electronic data, programmes or documents owned by ARBIZU S.A., and also refrain from introducing or spreading any virus or any other physical or electronic instrument into the programme network that may cause or be liable to cause any type of alteration to the network, system or equipment owned by ARBIZU S.A. or third parties. Any type of activity or practice that transgresses the principles of good conduct generally accepted among Internet users is expressly prohibited.ARBIZU S.A. does not guarantee the privacy and security of the website and cannot be held liable for any intervention by unauthorized third parties herein, nor for the appearance of any virus or similar in its system or computerized media.

Intellectual and industrial property The contents, software, images, sounds, texts and photographs owned by ARBIZU S.A.  which are reflected on the website are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, the Law governing Intellectual Property. The contents are especially protected pursuant to Article 12 of the aforementioned Royal Decree as collections of data. Any reproduction, distribution, public contact or transformation of such property is strictly prohibited without express authorization in writing from ARBIZU S.A.
    Any unauthorized use of this intellectual property by third parties shall give rise to liability of a criminal and/or civil nature or other, as provided for in law.
  6. Protection of data of a personal nature. ARBIZU S.A. shall be responsible for the data base.
